In May 2016, I returned to one of my favorite clients, the St. Lucie County Aquarium in Fort Pierce, Florida, to do three jobs for the Smithsonian Exhibit: to paint a map of the Florida coastline atop a wall of small aquariums, to paint another mural showing a cross-section of coastline illustrating the respective depths of reefs; and to make the walls of a discovery room look as if it were underwater. While I was there, I also did touch-ups on murals painted on previous visits. The photo above was one of the last I took before leaving, and I forgot to snap a final shot after removing the rolled-up plastic protecting the tanks from paint drips.
