This mural nearly made me famous, when the story got out that my mural was so realistic that the exhibit’s inhabitant, Samantha, tried to pick grass out of it. Samantha was a lowland gorilla raised very much like a human child. The last time I saw her, she was in the last months of her life, and I’ll miss her.
