The Philadelphia Zoo in Pennsylvania, the country’s first zoo (it predates the Declaration of Independence) has been a consistent client for years. I started in 1998 with a series of smaller exhibits in the Reptile Building which was followed by the Apes/ Primate Building, the Rare Mammals Building and finally the new Aviary. I never fail to find new and interesting things in this historic, friendly city.

The Reptile House required a large variety of environments and subject matter for the murals, as you can see.
