It’s not often that a muralist gets to paint the whole world. Or at least a slice of the world tall enough to surround a model train layout.

I got to paint these images from around the world for a young boy’s train layout; he belonged to the same wonderful family for whom I’ve twice painted Santa Claus with sleigh and reindeer for the top of the roof.

I had a lot of fun with the train layout, especially when I traveled vicariously to faraway places in the world that I’ve actually seen, like Thailand. You can see the client’s testimonial here.
